After 15 years and 2.5 million raised for UK schools - we are operating as below!

 

We trust you are all keeping well & healthy during these very unusual times & that some form of new normality is returning within your School/educational setting.
 
As you can imagine, we have been busy this end ensuring that we can serve you in the best way possible, whilst keeping you and our staff as safe as we can whilst fully incorporating the up to date COVID 19 regulations.  We have increased our office space to fall in line with this.  Obviously, this results in several changes in the way we will be doing things this year, the main changes are outlined below.
 
This year, just as we did last year, we will be processing all Christmas designs through our sister company Rudolph Cards, also owned and operated under the Doodlecats Ltd banner, which has been up and running successfully for 15 years now.  
Rest assured, we are the same team of dedicated staff working from the same offices, so you can expect the same high level of service from us that you have been used to over the years.

Rudolph Cards offers a simple and more streamlined way of producing your Christmas card designs with the bonus of offering families some additional products - coasters, tote bags, teddies, mouse mats in addition to cards and mugs!
 
The main differences to SFC are as follows....
 
  • The Drawing Sheet/order form and paperwork are emailed to you
  • The Drawing Sheet can then be printed and photocopied for the pupils to draw their design at school and then sent home for parents to place their order or can be sent home with pupils (or sent digitally) for them to design at home, together with an explanatory letter for parents. 
  • The Drawing sheet has the order form printed right next to the design which the children have produced, so that only the designs returned to you are those requiring cards and/or products. (along with payment of course) Hence, doing away with the need for physical card proofs and the additional handling/processing/distribution of these.
  • There is no need for you to log-in and use our on-line management system, as we will process all the orders and quantities for you!  Simply send back all the designs using the pre-paid returns label and make one bank transfer for your complete order, or enclose a cheque. Once payment is received, a paid invoice will be issued to you via email. in addition, a spreadsheet of all children's names will be emailed to you for final checking to avoid any spelling errors.
  1. There are just two deadlines to return the orders to us - by 15th October and by 5th November.  
  2. The cards, mugs and products will be delivered by mid-November or end of November respectively.
  3. The Cards are of the same quality, portrait in design and blank inside, they will be available in packs of 12 - showing the child's name, class and School name on the reverse.  The Mugs are also of the same high quality as usual and show the designer's name. Products will be personalised with the design only.
If you have already registered with SFC, you don't need to register again with Rudolph Cards, as we already have all your details. 
 
We very much look forward to working with you this year to help raise money for your school/educational setting and of course producing some lovely cards, mugs and products for the children which they can be proud to share with their families and friends during the festive season.
