Register your School on-line (minimum of 50 children taking part) and receive your log-in password for your school control panel

Design Sheets for each pupil will be delivered the next working day (these can be photocopied if extras are required)

Children create ONE Christmas design each using ONLY felt-tips, coloured pencils or water-based paint - no other art medium is suitable for processing

Organiser packs up the designs and logs into our website to advise that designs are ready for collection. Whilst logged in you can choose a border for the cards, your choice of greeting, upload your school logo (if required), and tell us the name to be printed on the order form for parents to pay their cheques to.

Free proofs and order forms for each child are delivered to your school within 7 days
|

Children return the completed order forms to the school and all money is banked by the school

Organiser logs into our website, where the secure Master Order Form shows pupils listed alphabetically by class and also as a fully a-z list of pupils. The organiser simply enters pack quantities, makes any amendments if necessary and submits the order on-line

An invoice is sent via e-mail so that a cheque or bank transfer can be prepared by the school/PTA. Full payment is due on delivery of the cards.

Finished packs of cards are delivered to the school within 7 days of placing the order and the invoice is payable upon delivery of the finished card packs, leaving you with your raised funds!
